What we ask for

Willingness to complete Byline certification (we cover the training and pay you for time after step 2)
We help with registration and local insurance for active concierges in your country
Optional for Local Concierges: a current local taxi or ride-share licence if you want to offer driving services
At least 2 years of relevant experience (hospitality, tourism, customer success, or freelance ops)
Strong English plus at least one additional language
Government-issued ID for background check
A short video introduction (we send a recording link after step 1)
For travel concierges: ability to travel internationally and a current passport
